Position Summary:
Establishes effective relationships in order to increase sales with targeted clients. Is responsible for developing new business on catalog with emphasis on proprietary, private label and new product introductions. Penetrates and provide application solutions to engineering, process development and end users while building relationships with purchasing. Is responsible for growing profitable sales in assigned geography using cost efficient methods. Understands and complies with company policies and procedures.

Essential Functions :
1. Develops new business within geographic territory & with assigned clients. Develops strategies and implements plans to grow profitable sales. Follows up diligently on leads received from other areas of the organization.
2. Develops and maintains effective relationships with multiple customer departments (purchasing, research, engineering, piloting/process & production.)
3. Achieves annual sales and gross margin targets; operates within expense budget guidelines & policies.
4. Is successful in implementing strategic new product launches.5.
Desired Profile
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
Any Engineering Graduate in Electronics / Instrumentation / Graduate in Life Sciences, Bachelor’s Degree, Business or Science
4 - 6 years of business experience, with some management experience preferred
Those who are having experience of selling equipments in Biotech/Bioscience/Healthcare industry/ to Research Laboratories/ B2B, would be preffered.
