Job Description:

-To achieve and exceed the given Rupee Sales Budgets, Product wise targets for your territory.
-To build a strong team of PSRs through effective control and motivation and develop them for further career growth.
-To implement Company’s Strategies and Policies.
-To manage & control the stockist network of the territory.
-To provide correct feedback from the market / competitors so as to maximize company’s business through encashing the opportunities.
-To improve Company’s image with its customers & public at large.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Smart, Dynamic and Enthusiastic with the urge to get things done.
- Should have strong customer service orientation.
- Should be able to manage a team size of 4 to 5 medical represatives.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- One year to three years of experience as field sales representative (medical representative).
- Working in any therapeutic area in any HQ in India.
- Age should not exceed 28-30 years.
- High energy with a proven track record
