Applications are invited for the post of JRF and RA in the DST, Govt. of India sponsored collaborative project entitled "Establishment of national facilities for identification, chemical characterization, standardization and quality control of medicinal plants found in Tribal area of central India" at Institute of Medicinal Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi-221005 (U.P.) under Prof. R.G.Singh, Department of Nephrology, principal Investigator and Prof. G.P.Dubey, Ex-Dean, Faculty of Ayurveda, Coordinator and Advisor.
Position : Scientist (Research Associate)
Qualification :
1. M.Sc. in Bio-Chemistry with one year working experience in clinical chemistry lab.
2. M.Sc. in Bio-Technology with one year working experience in clinical immunology.
3. Ph.D. or Research experience of Ph.D. level for 3 years.
Salary and Wages : 16,000 + 15% HRA
Position : JRF
Qualification:
Essential : M.Sc. in Bio-Chemistry or related subject.
Desirable : Experience of working in Laboratory/Clinical Research unit for one year and experience in drug development.
Salary and Wages : 12,000 + 15% HRA
NOTE :
1. The qualification in exceptional situation will be relaxed by the Selection Committee/investigators.
2. Investigator reserves the right to cancel/modify or invite any person as per requirement of the project.
3. Number of posts will be decided as per existing vacancy and requirement at the time of selection.

7. Application can be given in Hindi or English.

10.All things being equal, SC/ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI guidelines.
