Required one (1) Research Associate in a CSIR project entitled "Investigating the involvement of other osmotically active solutes (Non-mcthylamines) of urea-rich cells in counteracting the urea's effect on protein stability and function"The duration of the project is three years.

Qualification: Ph.D. degree in Chemistry (Physical or Analytical)/ Life Sciences.
Desirable: Research experience in biophysical techniques used to understand protein folding problem.
Stipend as per the CSIR rule.
Duration: 3 years
Required one (1) Project Fellow with monthly emolument @ Rs. 8,000/- p.m. in a UGC-funded project entitled "Protein Folding: Would the heat/acid denatured state serve as reference state for protein folding?" The duration of the project is two years.

Qualification: The person to be considered for appointment as Project Fellow must have second class master degree in Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biosciences with a minimum of 55%.
Age: The maximum age limit for candidate to be appointed as Project Fellows should be below 40 years at the time of appointment.
