Estate ManagerThe sugar factory has a captive sugarcane nucleus estate of 7 , 5 00 500 acres besides 5 , 500 acres with private farmers. Reporting to General Manager , the incumbent will be responsible for programming , controlling , - co-coordinating and supervising all agricultural management practices / modern methods for sugar cane cultivation , the private farmers coverage & productivity as well as preparation of annual budgets , besides supervising staff and workers. The candidate should be a graduate in Agriculture Sciences with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sugar / relevant industry.
