Job Description

• Responsible for QA/QC Functions.

• To check quality of Gears, Crown Wheel Pinion.

• Handle all activities related to inspection.

• Work in conjunction with SQE & assembly team for part inspection.

• Exposure to Quality Basic system, Statistical & Problem Solving Techniques.

• To find out the root cause and take corrective and preventive action in the shop floor.

• Internal Process audit.

• Daily Rejection Preview.

• Improvements in inspection activities on basis of customer.

• Exposure to PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, SQC, MSA, ISO, SPC, TS – 19649.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma (Mechanical) with 3-5 Years of Experience.

• Experience preferably from Auto/ Auto Ancillary Mfg. Industry.

• Good Exposure to Quality Functions.

• Experience of working with various quality and lean manufacturing systems.

• Good exposure of inspection activities.

• Should have Exhibit Adaptability to Changing Conditions.

• Should have Excellent Communication Skills.
