Prof Roger Dench, Director Professional Programs, Faculty of Science University of Melbourne visited Bioinformatics Institute of India on December 19th 2007. Prof Dench informed the Institute about to be launched industry focussed professional Post Graduate Programs in the area of Biotechnology, Nanotechnology, Management Science and Environment Systems. He informed that these programs will have additional focus on Communication Skills and Business Tools. Several areas of mutual interest were discussed during this visit.
