Job Summary: New business wins means our India offices located in Ahmedabad and Gurgaon are actively recruiting for CRA I/II positions.

The job holder will be responsible for completing project activities associated with monitoring functions of Phase I-IV clinical research studies while developing an understanding of the drug development process, Good Clinical Practices, and relevant regulations.
The job holder will also perform management of study site activities to ensure the integrity of clinical data, in adherence to all applicable regulatory guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Project Specific Operating Procedures (PSOPs).

Core Responsibilities:Duties are varied and will include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Performing clinical trial initiation, monitoring and close out activities.
* Completing study start-up activities.
* Completing site evaluation and reports to Lead CRA / Project Leader as appropriate.
Completing submission of documents to the Ethics Committees, when required.
* Collecting, reviewing and tracking regulatory documents when required.
* Managing and tracking investigator grants with study sites when required
study specific training.
